About

Kelly and kids

Kelly Kucera, a mother of an energetic 2 year old and president of her local Mom’s club has a lot of experience in helping children.  As an adopted child herself, she has always had a passion for helping children and families in the adoption circle.

As Miss Colorado 2001, she devoted her year of service to raising awareness in the adoption arena.  She worked with the governor, state adoption agencies and individual families in pursuit of making a difference. “Hundreds of thousands of children in our country need a family, and something must be done to help them.”

Lexia Lugo, a busy mom of 2 teenage girls and a entrepreneur for the last 25 years heard about Itsy Bitsy Hearts on the World Wide Web. When she saw the website she knew instantly that she wanted to be a part of the IBH team.

“ This is the first company I have heard of that donates a percent of their profits to help adopted children here in the United States” says Lexia. Being adopted herself Lexia wants to encourage families to adopt here in the states.  One of her favorite Itsy Bitsy Hearts shirts is ‘Made in the states”.

With her expertise in business and a passion for earth friendly “ cute clothes” Lexia is excited to launch the Itsy Bitsy Heart sale campaign.

By the way, we’re just kidding about the chopping-wood part.  If you’d like to speak with her about what you and Itsy Bitsy Hearts can do together, please contact her at 602-570-7974.
